Terms & Conditions – Green Fish

1. Introduction

Welcome to Green Fish. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website www.greenfish.in and our fresh fish delivery services. By placing an order on our website or via our WhatsApp ordering system, you agree to abide by these terms.

2. Definitions

  • “We”, “Us”, “Our” – Refers to Green Fish (Bangalore Agrico Seafood Division).

  • “You”, “Your” – Refers to the customer purchasing from Green Fish.

  • “Products” – Refers to fresh fish and seafood items sold by Green Fish.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. By ordering from Green Fish, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

4. Product Availability

All products are subject to daily availability as they are sourced from Kollam Harbour auctions. Prices and availability may change without prior notice.

5. Ordering Process

  • Orders can be placed through www.greenfish.in, phone, or WhatsApp.

  • Orders for same-day delivery must be placed before 8:00 AM.

  • All orders are confirmed via WhatsApp or email before processing.

6. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes.

  • Payment methods include UPI, bank transfer, online payment, and cash on delivery (COD).

  • COD orders must be paid in full at the time of delivery.

7. Delivery Policy

Our delivery terms are outlined in our Shipping Policy.
Customers must be available at the delivery address during the chosen delivery slot.

8. Refund & Return Policy

Our Refund & Return Policy explains situations where refunds or replacements are applicable.
No returns are accepted for perishable items after delivery.

9. Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure correct delivery address and contact information.

  • Inspect the fish at the time of delivery and report any issues immediately.

  • Store fish appropriately after delivery.

10. Limitation of Liability

Green Fish will not be liable for:

  • Delays caused by factors beyond our control (weather, transport issues, harbour delays).

  • Deterioration of products due to customer mishandling after delivery.

11. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Your personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Kollam, Kerala.
